We require that our new clients take a Demo Class before joining one of our group classes.

What is a Demo Class?

A demo class is a semi-personalized class in which we cover an introduction to the equipment we use at the studio as well as breathing, posture, warmup & the basics of Pilates Reformer.

What is the cost of a Demo Class?

• Option 1: $30 for demo class
• Option 2: $100 demo class + 4 group sessions.

*When booking online, we recommend clients to purchase option 1. If after taking your demo session you decide you want to begin your practice at our studio, we can switch you from option 1 to option 2.

How to book a Demo Class?

Due to the high demand of classes, the studio is offering two demos per month. They are announced through our Instagram page:

What to wear to my demo session?

• Sportswear (No jeans)
• Grip socks (If you don’t own a pair we have them for sale at our studio)
